Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. is a company listed on the Milan stock exchange and is an international industrial group leader in the natural resources transformation sector: technology, engineering, and construction in the oil and gas downstream and in the energy transition.

Maire Tecnimont, through its subsidiary NextChem, is developing several technological initiatives for the energy transition and green chemistry, providing its contribution thanks to the technology and execution expertise by scouting, pivoting, industrializing, and finally commercialising a portfolio of sustainable technologies.

The Maire Tecnimont Group is headed by Chairman, Fabrizio Di Amato and Chief Executive Officer Alessandro Bernini. Today, the Group counts approximately 9,300 people and is present in over 45 countries, through 50 operating companies.  Through its network of international engineering centres, among which are the Milan headquarters, and the hubs of Rome, Sittard (the Netherlands), Houston, Mumbai, and Braunschweig (Germany), Maire Tecnimont provides clients with services and know-how ranging from conceptual studies, through technology selection, to process engineering and detailed design up to the execution of full EPC turn-key projects.

The company owns 130 patent families registered in many countries and has over 1,850 individual patents. The group can count on more than 81 innovation projects in the Green Acceleration initiative and more than 54 new patents in different fields.
